You will need to get the following information on your animal:
- Name: What is the full name of your animal? Does it have any nick names?
- Habitat: Where does your animal live? Where can it be found?
- Characteristics: What are some features that would help someone identify your animal from another animal?
- Food: What does your animal eat?
- Predators: Who feeds on your animal?
- Interesting Facts: Find at least 2 interesting facts that you learned about your animal while you were doing your research.
- Life Span: What is the life span of your animal?

- Find an animal you would like to use here: http://www.kidsbiology.com/animals-for-children.php
- Run a Google Image search the name of your animal and add the word habitat to it; for example: african elephant habitat. Click here to search images: https://www.google.com/imghp?hl=en&tab=wi
- Observe the photos of your animals in it's habitate. Make notes of what living and non-living things are in it's habitat.
- Draw a picture of your animal in it's habitat. Label the diagram accoring to how your animal interacts with the living and non-living things in it's environment.
- Search for newborn pictures on (on the left side you will see the names to select from) www.zooborns.com
- Copy and paste a picture of a newborn animal of your choice
- Search pictures of "young Koala" or the animal of your choice
- Copy and paste a picture of a young animal of your choice
- Search pictures of "adult Koala" or the animal of your choice
- Copy and paste a picture of a adult animal of your choice
- Lable your animal life cycle
- Make notes of the traits that newborn, young, and adult animal share.
- Use the following vocabulary words: adult, inherit, and trait
- releases seeds
- cycle begins again
- young are like their parents
- new plant forms seeds
- seeds germinate and young plants grow

- Young rabbit grows and develops into an adult
